 Job SummaryGathers, enters, manages, and analyzes information to support manufacturing operations. Interacts with customers, suppliers, management, manufacturing team members, and with other departments and plants. Completes tasks and responsibilities as assigned by department management.ResponsibilitiesPrepares, schedules, and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of productsEnsures accuracy of orders and reconciles receivables against themAnalyzes inventory levels and production plans to ensure product availability and cost-efficient manufacturing and inventoryMaintains control over inventories, including physical inventory counts and reconciliationsPrepares and generates reports as assignedAnalyzes relevant information to make recommendations to customers and manufacturing that will reduce cost or increase efficiencyCommunicates in timely, professional, and un-ambiguous fashion with appropriate parties on topics relevant to assignmentsPerforms other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
