Cisco Network ConsultantLocation: Cleveland, OH, prefer 50% onsite or 1-2 days/wk onsite, but open to fully remoteDuration: minimum 3 months, open to candidates interested in ‘to hire’-Oxford clients current Network Engineer will be leaving the company in the next 2-4 weeks and need a resource to get the knowledge transfer and be the main Cisco Switching and Wireless team member, with a security mindset. They have a Security managed service and receive alerts from MSP. Their Endpoint protection and DNS can send a lot of alerts, so they’re looking for someone senior enough to interpret what needs attention.-No support needed, unless absolute emergency. They have tier 1 helpdesk and tier 2 site people to handle any oncall issues Environment:Watchguard Firewalls (any Firewall experience works, Watchguard preferred)Cisco switching and wirelessVeloCloud (SD WAN)zScaler VPNBitDefenderRapid7 Must have: experience with Switching, Wireless, Firewalls and VPN, although the specific tools used above are not a must.
