Local small contractor that performs residential, commercial and industrial services looking for someone motivated that can:
Perform off lead sheet (including cold calls also visit potential future customers.)
Give on site estimates after (training from owner also training to hand write some and type others in system.)
Follow up on jobs after complete to ensure customers satisfied.
Regular visits to local municipalities to pull permits.
Visit job sites and take pictures before, during & after.
Someone willing to help with office duties and assisting in daily operations as needed is a huge plus.
Someone fast paced with good memory and people skills not coming to make friends with employees is who I need.
Pay is negotiable.
