Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standard
Complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules.
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, and fryers.
Follows proper plate presentation for all dishes.
Handles, stores and rotates on all products properly, first in first out.
Closes and opens the kitchen properly and follows the closing/opening checklist for kitchen stations. Assists others in closing/opening the kitchen.
Following recipes and cooking procedures to ensure quality products are served
Keeping the restaurant clean and safe
Working as a team
Communicating with managers and front of house staff
Working in fast-paced, stressful environment and maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ years old
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work various shifts
Starting $11-$12 an hour
