Bartender/Servers Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
IDs all guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger.
Properly and promptly prepare, garnish, and serve drinks to guests.
Upsells guests on food or drink items when appropriate.
Keeps a clean, organized bar area.
Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialize with guests.
Follows all relevant brand standards for service.
Builds guests count by promoting specials and building a regular clientele.
Strictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and is able to successfully "slow down a guest" or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary.

Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced to deliver Genuine Hospitality to our guests by:
Greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients
Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests expectations
Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
Inputs orders accurately into the computers, pre-bus tables, and may assist with side-work of rolling silverware, and light restaurant cleaning
Practices safe food and beverage handling, and clean up at all times.
Must be 21+ years old
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work various shifts
Pay $8hr + tips for Bartender. Server $4.30 hr
