Hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Job responsibilities include learning and using various real estate specific software, using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher, & Excel, computer data entry, computer brochure creation, copy machine collation, organizing paper files, organizing electronic files, client communication, and report creation. Real estate experience in either a lending company, title company, or past real estate company is required. Salary is $40,000 per year and could be more based on experience.
