Absolutely no cold calling is ever done in this position! We only communicate with people who contact us regarding interest in our home improvement services. This position depends upon making excellent first impressions on the phone, so having a dynamic and flexible communication style is essential.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SECOND SHIFT.
Phone sales experience and extensive customer service experience is required. Greeting call-in customers with a friendly, professional voice is key in this position.
It is very rare for us to have any openings in this position as turnover is extremely low. We provide extensive training and support to help you become successful and advance within our organization.
