Nondestructive inspection / training / testing in regards to NDT method fluorescent liquid penetrant
Chemical Laboratory duties – titrations, panel testing, weighing of specimens, reordering laboratory chemicals, reordering laboratory supplies.
Communicating with supervision on testing. Keeping laboratory records.
Perform final inspection of wheel and brake product at final inspection area.
Perform other job related tasks as assigned by managementBasic Qualifications:
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel a plus
NDT Level 2 Certification (Penetrant)
Optional chemical testing experience
Optional new hires have one or more years of CNC experience OR 2 years of general production experience.
Capable of performing mathematical calculations requiring addition, subtraction, multiplication or division and pass pre-employment qualification tests.
Oral and written comprehension and understanding of technical documents including but not limited to routings, blueprints, Engineering process specifications and written work instructions.
Near vision in one or both eyes corrected to 20/25 or better, check once every year. Color vision test normal one time only.Education:
High School Diploma
Optional NDT Classroom experience or NDT college experience
