Monday to Friday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Remote Work after 4-8 - weeks of training onsite in Valley City, Ohio - Must Travel to Valley City, Ohio

What’s a typical day like as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.

Answer basic questions and assist customers with diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Call center experience preferred but not required, will train anyone that has retail / food industry customer service experience

Ability to learn and understand work instructions, diagrams/blueprints preferred but it is not required

Basic level Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email

Must be by able to type at least 30 wpm, data entry is key part of this role.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and relate well to customers and system tools
