Engineering Support - Fleet Management - Engineering Data Analyst job responsibilities include: • Excel/Data Analysis • Data processing and presentation - Ability to analyze data, present data so team can draw conclusions easily • Automation experience • Ability to work autonomously • Knowledge of civil aviation rules and regulations, and related organizations. • Knowledge of Service bulletinQUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science • Years of Experience Required: Intermiediate 2-4 Years • This role is in support of the Customer Technical Programs (CTP) team, who are responsible for strategic workscoping, providing technical support for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul network, as well as operators, and creating insights from engine hardware to improve future products. • This role is tasked with data collection, processing, automation and analysis to inform CTP strategy and decision-making, including but not limited to: Service Bulletin analysis, customer repair specification baselining, workscoping digital tool inputs, workscoping strategy scenario modelling, monitoring of metrics and Key Performance Indicators and recording of minutes and actions. • Hardware/Software Knowledge Needed: MS office, intermediate or higher level Excel use, strong data processing / automation capability, understanding of aircraft engine operations, experience working with aircraft engine technical publications suite, knowledge of aircraft engine hardware, CFM experience is desirable but not necessary.
