The Transaction Supervisor leads a team of Non-Exempt employees to prepare and ship debit and credit cards to internal and external customers. The Transaction Supervisor will partner with groups inside of Customer Fulfilment, as well as Retail and Credit internal customers. The Transaction Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining an effective risk and control environment. The ideal candidate for this role has a broad range of experience that includes team development, operations, and quality management with proven people management skills.Core Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:Ensure that all requests are completed correctly and within service level agreements

Manage and develop Equipment Operators and Operations Sr. Specialists

Serve as a liaison between cards operations and GDS print and warehouse groups

Manage daily operation to ensure service level agreements are met

Communicate well and often to all levels of the organization

Achieving high levels of employee satisfaction

Daily communication to staff about high productivity, excellent quality, and employee engagement

Partner with your peers and managers to ensure a consistent message and a productive team environment

Ensure daily, weekly, and month metrics are achieved

Provide guidance and formal written performance and development evaluations

Act as backup manager for your peers' teams

Responsible for completing complex assignments and coordinating related activities

Promote an environment of continuous improvement

Continuous evaluation of operational processes, policies, procedures, and best practices; effectively lead change where necessary

Evaluate departmental risks and identify controls

Make decisions quickly that are consistent with policies to ensure positive resolution

Partner with human resources to conduct personnel actions (hiring, terminations, salary actions, and promotions)

Proactively lead the people agenda including resource planning, talent management, professional skills development, performance management & diversity

Experience Required:

Leadership experience, prefer 3 years managing front-line employees

Production / Operations experience, prefer Card experience

Qualifications:

Ability to work successfully under tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to interact effectively with diverse groups within the organization

Have amazing communication and professional skills to clearly convey information & adjust style to the intended audience

Ability to organize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Possess a strong understanding of production environments

Advanced level PC applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Word

Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Bachelor's degree and industry knowledge preferred
