Dip Line Operator

3rd Shift

$17/hr.

+ $1.00 shift diff for working off-shift

• Perform all aspects of running the robotic shell building system, including accessing and frequent use of the computer system
• Generate and analyze system reports
• Identify molds, dip and sand, place molds in dehumidification room, logging all aspects of production
• Perform ceramic slurry testing as required
• Mix ceramic slurries from supplied formula, clean sand beds and slurry tanks, maintain adequate supply levels
• Must be able to achieve qualification and certification to operate a tow motor
• Additional duties as assigned by supervision

• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing industry. Castings experience is a plus!
• A high school diploma is preferred, and may be substituted for experience.

• Shop Math: Understanding of basic math calculations
• Strong written and verbal communication
• U.S. Person’ s Status is Required (Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)

• Must pass a pre-employment background check
