Job Number: 930 Riverside Research is seeking an Electronic Warfare (EW) & Radar Subject Matter Expert to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of an integrated team supporting the intelligence mission data (IMD) lifecycle to include investigation of emerging adversary capabilities, requirements management, production planning, quality assurance/quality control, and performance metrics analysis. This position requires occasional travel to gain understanding of customer challenges and the complex environment in which they operate.All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship.Job Responsibilities:- Provide subject matter expertise on electronic warfare & radar principles; investigate emerging adversary capabilities and technological trends affecting the processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination of IMD products
- Provide oversight and technical support to electronic warfare software tool development; cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with mission partners
- Translate operational needs into technical requirements; prepare supporting documentation
- Support production planning and performance metric collection/analysis
- Review production processes; recommend quality assurance/quality control measures and assist in their implementation
- Facilitate standing or one-time meetings, working groups, or tiger teams; prepare white papers and briefings
- Engage internal and external customers; identify their challenges, provide solutions
- Other duties as assigned
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, physics, or related technical field
- 8+ years' experience in electronic warfare & radar related activities to include development, analysis, operations or employment; systems engineering, software development, and/or project management
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
- Master's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, business administration, or related fields
- Experience with intelligence production processes and workflows
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Agile, Kanban)
- Familiarity with electronic warfare integrated reprogramming (EWIR)
- Familiarity with various SIGINT software tools (e.g. Aspen, Willow, Martes)
- Familiarity with Electronic Attack techniques and associated software tools (e.g. JAMSIM, JAMEGG)
- Professional certifications in project management, systems engineering, or agile software development
