Job Number: 773 Riverside Research is seeking a Software Product Manager to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Software Product Manager will perform market analysis, develop product visions, and ensure product teams are delivering products of the highest value. The Product Manager works closely with Product Teams to ensure they understand the market, the proposed solution, and the definition of success. The Product Manager will fulfill responsibilities of the Government Product Owner as a proxy. All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship. Job Responsibilities:- Understand and represent user needs
- Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses
- Define a vision for a product
- Align stakeholders around the vision for the product
- Prioritize product features and capabilities
- Creating a shared knowledge across teams to empower independent decision-making
- Other duties as assigned
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or related fields with at least 5 years' experience
- Experience with multiple levels of software applications from the enterprise level to individual user level
- 5+ years of experience working in the Scrum framework
- Experience with continuous integration/ continuous development (CI/CD)
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Five years+ of experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC)
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills in fast paced, collaborative environment
- Experience working at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC)
- CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner
- 15 years+ of experience in the software development field
- 15 years+ of experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC)
- Five years+ of experience working as a Scrum Product Owner
