Job Number: 665 Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Enterprise level Systems Engineer to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This position will function as part of a team providing systems engineering integration and architecture support. They will assist in developing current MASINT processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) architectures and networks. They will support production of Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts to include: operations views (OV), systems views (SV), capability views (CV), data views (DV) using systems modeling language (SysML). They will apply their strong interpersonal and organizational skills in building relationships with community stakeholders. The work is in support of both Intelligence Community and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. citizenship.

Job Duties:
  • Document current MASINT processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) architectures and networks
  • Create Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts to include: operations views (OV), systems views (SV), capability views (CV), data views (DV) using system modeling language (SysML)
  • Support information on community acquisition efforts and prepare a program plan that lays out an integrated approach
  • Facilitate common architecture solutions to apply across the MASINT enterprise
  • Applies system engineering methodologies to enhance R&D and acquisition processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
  • Bachelors' degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, math or information technology related technical fields
  • 5+ years' experience in a mix of systems engineering/architecture development and technical project management in support of the IC or DoD
  • Experience with system modeling language, model based systems engineering, and requirements documentation
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel

Desired Qualifications:
  • Masters' degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, math or information technology related technical fields with at least 5 years' experience in a mix of systems engineering/architecture development and technical project management in support of the IC or DoD
  • Experience engineering / implementing operational prototypes is highly desired
  • Experience working with Software Developers, System Architects and System Engineers
  • Experience in MASINT processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED)
  • Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler and Enterprise Architect
