Job Number: 689 Riverside Research's Intelligence and Defense Solutions Directorate is seeking a Technical Program Manager for an opportunity at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will provide technical and management advisory services to the government in acquisition planning and implementation of a cloud ready architecture supporting MASINT transmission, and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) capabilities. All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship. Job Responsibilities:- Assesses capability gaps, and develops requirements, budget estimates and program submissions in support of government functional and program managers
- Provides programmatic and technical integration support for all phases of technical projects
- Ensures technology project capabilities align to higher level enterprise capability requirements
- Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables
- Manages project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved
- Consistently mitigates program risks and optimizes resources and program effectiveness
- Interfaces with community organizations and related vendors/subcontractors to ensure all project threshold and objectives requirements are understood and documented
- Normally receives little instruction on work assignments. Works both independently and collaboratively with many project teams and other parties. Must be able to influence stakeholders
- Identifies process gaps or areas for improvement, facilitates retrospectives, recommends and implements solutions
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering, electrical engineering or related technical fields
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with technical project management
- A self-starter, detail oriented, responsible team player
- Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
- Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering, electrical engineering or related technical fields
- Project manager experience with Project Management Professional Certification
- Experience with MASINT
