Overview
Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring an Airworthiness Engineer who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFLCMC/EN at WPAFB, OH. Responsibilities- Develop, modify, review, coordinate, and implement processes and procedures including but not limited to induction of projects, assessment of man-hour requirements, determination of required technical assessment functions, assessment basis reviews, compliance assessments, risk and hazard identification and assessment, review of airworthiness board findings, and assembling information to support airworthiness assessments.
- Support related meetings and teleconferences.
- Provide Airworthiness Office (AWO) forward location support to review documentation, provide airworthiness training, and support discussions at locations away from the primary duty station.
- Assist in building detailed process documentation, tools to assure repeatable, high-quality airworthiness assessment processes, and training to enable new AWO members, program office, and industry to come up to speed quickly on USAF airworthiness processes.
- Clearance: Secret
- M.S. in a related technical field from an ABET accredited institution and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical discipline or;
- B.S. in a related technical field from an ABET accredited institution and twelve (12) years of relative experience in the respective discipline being performed or;
- Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in airworthiness technical support
- Expert knowledge of USAF policy, instructions, airworthiness bulletins, and MIL-HDBK-516
