Overview
Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring an Academic on-Line Faculty Project Support Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFIT/LS at WPAFB, OH. Responsibilities- Assist instructors with student management during the presentation of on-line webinars, workshops, or courses and other live or recorded on-line events. This support enhances instructor capability to concentrate on instruction rather than student administration and monitoring.
- Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Perform On-Line academic administrative support of faculty and staff;
- Provide students with predetermined answers to commonly asked questions and answer or relay any other questions for the instructor;
- Supporting assigned lesson plans and curriculum development in asynchronous, synchronous and blended eLearning modes of course delivery;
- Monitor student comments and chats, answering technical questions relating to the LMS operations and presentation systems;
- Assist faculty/staff with LMS and student registration;
- Ensure students have access to course materials;
- Ensure proper operation of PowerPoint animation/graphics during the presentations
- Clearance: NACI
- BA/BS degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or
- Seven (7) years of directly related experience
