Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Administrative Assistant (FMS) to support the Light Attack Aircraft (LAA) program at Wright Patterson, AFB, Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with administrative and management support including but not limited to assisting various FMS programs and the FMS Light Attack Branch in analyzing problems, identification of alternative solutions, providing recommendations, writing reports, and accomplishing specifically assigned work.
  • Support FMS IPTs working on one or multiple programs, and may be required to travel CONUS to support FMS official meetings; as required. An adjusted work week schedule will be required when traveling to support the FMS program.
  • Provide administrative support for numerous meetings and program reviews to include taking real-time meeting minutes.
  • Be considered a "Lead" FMS Administrative Assistant; and provide assistance to other FMS program-specific Administrative Assistants.
  • Serve as the FMS branch administrative focal point to consolidate, assemble, assist and visually display materials for program reviews, prepare weekly agendas, schedule special topics, prepare meeting copies for attendees, and set up and operate conference room equipment.
  • Manage coordination and FMS branch suspense control activities for inquiries from higher headquarters and directorate staff, and prepare responses for Division and FMS Branch approval, and provide recommendations when appropriate. The Contractor may be required to collaborate with directorates and assist in managing tasks from the AFMC SOCCER database.
  • Interact with Foreign Liaison Officers and may be required to assist them with resolving housing, vehicle, medical, travel and other issues while the FLOs are assigned to the F/B Directorate.
  • Be responsible for editing and final assembly of FMS travel documentation for the Government traveler.
  • Arrange for domestic and foreign travel along with securing conference rooms/meeting space; process Government personnel travel orders in DTS, initiate foreign travel approvals with usage of Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System and the Foreign Clearance Guide; coordinate with Security, Foreign Disclosure, US and foreign Embassy staff, overseas MAJCOMs, and Secretary of the Air Force - International Affairs representatives to process overseas travel requirements.
  • Provide instruction to travelers regarding visas, passports and other FMS necessary travel documents, and assist in applications, if needed.
  • Provide support in filing and retrieving graphics materials to facilitate research, and expedite creation of briefings and reports; compiling and preparing briefings and reports in both electronic and hard copy to use for both special and recurring reports, and; providing assistance during briefings. Utilizing current DoD, AFSAC, and SAF guidelines, and with usage of the Security Assistance Manpower Requirements System (SAMRS),
  • Assist with the preparation of manpower requirements packages and updates given program team inputs. assist with running reports in SAMRS to collect manpower data on previous programs.

Qualifications

  • Secret clearance required.
  • 10 years of administrative or analysis support experience to accomplish assigned organizational tasks required
  • Must have a Master's degree
    • Bachelor's degree and additional work experience may serve as a subsitute
  • Must have expert knowledge and the capability to use personal computers to produce visual aids (slides, view graphs, briefing charts and other graphics) using standard USAF software applications. With this expertise, must be able to independently develop internal and external briefings and reports given data and drafts from program team members.
