Overview
Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Protocol Support Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting the AFRL/RY Directorate at WPAFB, OH. ations and Responsibilities- Manage the Directorate Corporate Calendar in addition to providing inputs to the AFRL Corporate Calendar.
- Write minutes and track action items from the weekly Directorate staff meetings.
- Organize and schedule administrative meetings with all Directorate administrative assistants.
- Assist with preparations and support for the quarterly Directors Call.
- Support a variety of meetings within the facility and at off base locations such as TechEdge with an array of services to include organizing parking, meeting rooms, luncheons, and agendas.
- Manage the Directorate electronic daily bulletin, "Daily Distilled".
- Approve bulletin items and disseminate daily using email and a web-based application.
- Add, update, and remove entries as appropriate based on guidance from Directorate leadership.
- Responsible for monthly compiling the divisions' recall rosters, placing them in LiveLink, and sending them electronically to the Directorate leadership and to the Directorate security and safety offices.
- Update the Division Chief Recall Roster; maintain the main contact charts and provide the Director, Deputy, Chief Scientist, Chief of Staff, and the Security and Safety offices with pyramid charts for all Divisions.
- Maintain the Directorate organizational chart, including updating chart on the RY Web and supplying the chart to AFRL Head Quarters.
- Plan and coordinate all security requirements, including facility and operations, with directorate security personnel.
- Plans, coordinates, and leads support for periodic directorate events of large groups of distinguished visitors such as Scientific Advisory Boards and Corporate Board meetings in directorate facilities.
- Consults with AF Research Laboratory Commander's Action Group for preparing plans and itineraries.
- Develops visit itineraries and schedules directorate scientists and engineers to support visits.
- Establish and maintain internal contacts and work with organizational security offices, EAFLCMC and AFRL HQ Commanders Action Groups, and regional, state and local representatives.
- Supports and coordinates with AFRL/CC and AFRL Chief Scientist staff for arranging briefings and visits for DVs.
- Ensure visitor compliance with all clearance/security requirements and operations security by coordinating with security office and special security staff on all visits and facility use.
- Maintain criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the protocol program; develop and/or improve planning tools, data tracking, and reporting of activities.
- Maintains reference information for shared use such as agendas, task lists, planning tools, communications and briefings.
- Secret Security clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Masters Degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR
- Bachelors Degree and 18 years of relevant experience OR
- 24 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
