Capital Business Strategies is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager for our Warren, Ohio location.
Position will lead and motivate staff to achieve financial and qualitative goals. Responsibilities include ensuring high quality service and client satisfaction, handling staff issues (including scheduling, conflict resolution, training, and employee development), maintaining client flow, and communicating with management, staff, and clients.
Must have corporate and personal tax preparation experience. EA or CPA a huge plus!
