National Fuel is currently seeking a Complaint/Service Person for an outstanding career opportunity in our Sharon Servicenter located at 3505 Valleyview Road Clark, PA 16113. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Investigate emergency calls and complaints of leakage, high bills and noisy meters
Change meters, reset meters, turn meters on and off and collection orders
Perform routine maintenance on the pipeline system
Install service lines, house regulators and meters
Read meters and change charts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
The physical capability to work outdoors in all types of weather and the ability to work in and around hazards and difficult to reach areas is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Handle customer inquiries and perform collection work
Basic literacy is required. Ability to read, legibly prepare written documentation and have the ability to accurately interpret and analyze written information
Basic computer skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in plumbing, heating, air conditioning or a related field
Prior customer service work experience
Experience in underground construction and equipment operation
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a proven track record of good attendance, and committed to work place safety. There are multiple shifts available, however, candidates must be able to work Wednesday through Sunday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. The work shift may include other hours, holidays, overtime, and a midnight shift. Applicants must live within a 20 mile radius of Sharon Servicenter located at 3505 Valleyview Road Clark, PA 16113 or be willing to relocate.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a position within the Companys collective bargaining unit with an hourly rate of pay of $21.19.
