What we're looking for:
Good communicators - Effectively explain to clients the tax laws and what happens next.
Confidence - Know your stuff (and how to find the answers) and create confidence in clients that you understand their situations and can accurately as well as professionally move the client forward.
Self-Starter - We're looking for people who can market themselves (with our help) as competent professionals. We don't just wait for clients to come to us. We want professionals (with sales and marketing skills, or the willingness to build those skills) with that entrepreneurial spirit to reach out to build a clientele, year over year.
Team Players - Our retail offices are teams of professionals helping one another to learn and provide the best customer experience imaginable!
Service after Tax Time! - Completing the return isn't the end of the transaction. We care about our customers and reach out to them throughout the year to keep them up to date. Understand their changes in life and keep our name in front of them. We want them to tell their friends about your great service so they'll come to you, too.
