A busy and growing food production/packing company in North Jackson, OH is seeking hardworking and dedicated employees for all 3 shifts

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have a high school diploma and/or GED
· Must pass a background screening for the past 7 years
· Must be able to tolerate working in colder temperatures (32-36 degrees daily)
· Must be able to stand or long periods of time for 8-10 hours daily
· Must be able to push/pull/stand/lift without restrictions (up to 40 pounds)
· Must be able to work well on a production line in a team-oriented environment
· Must be shift flexible and able to work OT when necessary
Wage starts at $11.75/hour, opportunity to be hired in between 30-60 days (based off attendance and performance) with a wage increase depending on department. With attendance and performance bonuses, employees can make up to$16/hour within their first year of employment
