Our local steel company needs an experienced Welder to join our team. Were looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in steel welds and have some experience with a steel mill environment. Must have MIG STICK and Flux core. Must be willing to work some overtime when needed. Were looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment. This will be a 'temp-to-hire" position. The average hire in time will be 90 days. Shift flexibility is a plus. Good attendance and great work ethic will be rewarded. Pay is weekly and will be based on experience and weld test results. Candidate must have his own welding gear.
