A busy and thriving aluminum extrusion company in the Youngstown area is in need of general laborers for all 3 shifts!
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous factory experience is preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Must be shift flexible in order to be hired in
Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with state and local laws
Employees must wear metatarsal steel-toed work boots (if you do not own a pair, we can provide a voucher to assist you in obtaining the boots)
Ability to work well with others (in a production line environment)
DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:
Employees could be working on the paint, thermal or packing lines, shipping/receiving department or press utility based on company needs and employee experience/background.
Must be able to follow safety and quality rules/regulations/guidelines
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
Starting wage is $9.50/hour with a 30-day hire-in. Wage will be increased to $10.50/hour upon hire-in (some positions pay higher if you are willing to be trained).
