Property Preservation Company seeking Handyman, General Contractors to service foreclosed properties with year round maintenance needs:
-Initial Securing/Services
-Lock changes
-Debris Removal
-Winterizations
-General Property Repairs
-Maid Service
-Grass Cuts
-Property Inspections and Bids for damages
Work Requirements:
-You must be able to pass a background check and become Aspen Grove Compliant.
-Own reliable truck with Insurance. This is a Contractor position, a truck is required. This position also requires tools, example, compressor, drill, generator, lawn mower, weed wacker, ladder and other tools as needed to complete work orders.
-General Liability Insurance and E & O Insurance
-Computer and cellphone with service to take photos of properties
-Ability to complete work orders by due date with correct photos required
-Ability to meet financial requirements for each work order-i.e. materials, labor, dump fees, fuel
-Previous verifiable experience in Preservation field or as a Contractor/Handyman
