JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Position focus will be on the development of the Cadiz and Zanesville CAT Rental Store. Qualified candidate will oversee day to day operations, including rental and sales, product support, expense control, budgeting, business planning and forecasting. Position is also responsible for developing operating and safety standards for the branch, monitoring accounts receivable and equipment utilization, as well as the supervision of all Cadiz and Zanesville Rental staff.
COMPETENCIES LIST AND DESCRIBE:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills with a good understanding of financial principles and P&L accounting is needed for the position. Ideal candidate is customer oriented, has a high energy level with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point is needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least three years of rental branch management experience required
In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, as well as the rental industry
Strong customer service skills, excellent computer skills.
Bachelors Degree Preferred
