Top Notch Cleaning the area's fastest growing commercial, residential and carpet cleaning company is looking for a Sales Manager. This full time position will work with the owner and current manager to keep up with staffing, scheduling, supplies and general upkeep of staff, vehicles and office. The Cambridge Sales Manager will field all office calls and the majority of in person sales quotes.
The Sales Manager will not normally be out on cleanings but on occasion everyone in the company ends up out on jobs. You can not be afraid of getting dirty. It's good for our staff to see you willing to jump in and help.
The position will be primarily 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. You will need to check calls on the company phone during off hours. The Sales Manager will need to work with our current Manager to select convenient afternoons to spot check and visit our afternoon commercial crews. If each manager selects two evenings a month, then once a week we have a manager out checking in on afternoon crews. Our afternoon commercial crews typically work 4 to 10 or 11ish depending on the crew schedule.
