RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Financial & HCM Reporting Engineer in Ada, OK.
Summary:The Workday Financial & HCM Reporting Engineer should be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision and embody a passion for continuous improvement. Types of projects could involve creating an integration between Workday and a 3rd-party provider to enhance employee engagement. Another example could be partnering with our eCommerce and Data Platform teams to ensure the proper flow and availability of key corporate financial data within Workday. Join us and embrace the opportunity to work on highly impactful projects!Responsibilities: In this role, the Workday Financial & HCM Reporting Engineer will research, design, document, implement, and test new and existing Workday integrations Support Finance and HR system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects Troubleshoot integrations issues escalated by Level II support Create and provide training for Systems Engineers and Level II support Analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities As a Workday Financial & HCM Reporting Engineer, you will work closely with product/program management and engineering leadership to help bring the best product experience to production Research and recommend new Workday capabilities that may provide increased value Share on-call/escalation responsibilities with your teamREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent industry experience a plus 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience 3+ years of Workday administration and integration experience, including Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Connectors and Workday Studio Experience with Workday Financial and HCM Core Reporting Familiarity with Adaptive Planning and Prism Analytics, a plus Experience with Workday Security configuration Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively interact with peers, managers, and vendors Self-starter with high level of initiative Crisp attention to detail, and strong troubleshooting and analysis skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
