BravoTECH, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks an Technical Support Engineer (CHERWELL Service Management) for our preferred client in their Oklahoma location.

THIS CONSULTANT CAN WORK REMOTE. The Technical Support Engineer' s role is to provide solutions, administration, and high-level support for the company' s Enterprise Service Management tool, Cherwell Service Management, so that their end users can accomplish organizational goals more efficiently. This includes configuring the Enterprise Service Management tool used within the organization and assessing known problems to provide long term solutions to increase effectiveness of our users. Job Responsibilities
  • Administer and develop blueprints for deployment of fixes, patches, and updates to the Enterprise Service Management tool.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards for the Enterprise Service Management tool.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and FAQ resources in the ESM tool to aid in problem resolution.
  • Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and recommend solutions as needed.
  • Provide leadership and support to users and team members to help them serve the End-User community more proficiently.
  • Recommend solutions to improve customer experience for the Enterprise Service Management tool.
  • Assist with test scripts and testing of the Enterprise Service Management tool.
  • Provide and maintain security profiles for Enterprise Service Management tool.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor' s degree in computer science or equivalent working experience, and 6-8 years related work experience
  • Experience with ITSM or ESM tools like Cherwell, Service Now, etc.
  • Experience in Windows, Linux, and virtualization environments such as VMWare
  • Experience in desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 10, Server 2008/2012
  • Experience with PowerShell, VBScript, and batch scripting languages
  • Experience creating custom scripts to drive installs, uninstalls, custom actions and system management
  • Ability to troubleshoot Packaging, Deployment, and System issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment
