BravoTECH, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks a Software Developer who has worked with CHERWELL Service Management for our preferred client in their OKLAHOMA location.

THIS CONSULTANT CAN WORK 100% REMOTE. The Software Developer/System Integration Specialist' s role is to design, develop, maintain, and implement integrations for the company' s Service Management tool, Cherwell Service Management, so their our end users can accomplish organizational goals more efficiently. This includes configuring the Enterprise Service Management tool used within the organization and assessing known problems to provide long term solutions to increase effectiveness of our users. Job Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, and implement integrations for our Enterprise Service Management tool.
  • Design, build, test, and implement request for changes in our Enterprise Service Management tool.
  • Drive changes through the software development life cycle (SDLC) starting with requirements analysis and modeling though implementation, debugging, deployment and ongoing support.
  • Create and maintain complex interoperability between small- and large-scale systems.
  • Track and maintain all development activities in designated software development tracking solution.
  • Provide detailed feedback to leadership regarding direction and focus of enterprise application strategy and software architecture.
  • Provide development and production support to troubleshoot highly complex related issues.
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor' s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field preferred and a minimum of 3- 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of the following technologies: .NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Web API, REST, MVC with Razor
  • Strong knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Git or other Source control
  • Good understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodology
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server database, TSQL scripting, SSIS packages, views, stored procedures, and functions
  • Knowledge of ITSM applications (CHERWELL, BMC, ServiceNow, Ivanti), extensive knowledge of the Cherwell application is preferred
  • IT Certifications a plus
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
