A software startup is seeking a Data Engineer to join their Data & Analytics team. The software startup focuses on the healthcare staffing industry w/ both UX and end-to-end. In this role, you would be expanding the foundation moving toward DaaS product development and building new data-focused revenue streams. You would be collaborating with stakeholders to architects, implementing, testing, deploying, and market their data solutions.
What you will do- Work with stakeholder to define analytics / data requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to improve data and analytics capabilities
- Build data pipelines, including structured and semistructured data
- Improve database and pipeline performance through optimization and monitoring
- Support and improve DevOps and agile processes
- Handson data engineering / ETL experience, plus workloads into the cloud
- Excellent SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience designing rational and dimensional data models
- Building data objects designed for analytics and BI use
- Experience building software products in collaborative Agile and DevOps team
