Looking for a skilled maintenance person to start asap. You must have your own tools and a truck or suv is a plus but not required. You will be doing work orders in apartments and getting empty units ready. You will also be working on other projects or tasks that the manager assigns. We are looking for a very motivated person to help turn the property around. Must be able to problem solve and work well on your own. Please reply to this add for consideration. Must have own transportation.
