We are excited to partner with a widely recognized restaurant concept seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team for their location in Elk City, OK. This organization operates over 50 locations throughout the heart of America and Texas, and is continuing to expand to other markets each year. Management positions with this company are often sought after, with internal growth and promotion being a company-wide focus. These restaurants are busy, experiencing high sales volume in all markets so a savvy and experienced restaurant manager is a must!
COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $50,000 + bonus potential, benefits package, PTO, 401k, relocation assistance and more!
Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- At least 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Sales volume experience of at least $1.5mil
- Leadership capability, with a focus on team member development
- Experience managing all facets of FOH restaurant operations
- Cross training in BOH leadership
