Maintenance Positions Include:
Maintenance Tech:
Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
HVAC experience and EPA certification
All facets of apartment repair and maintenance
Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance
Carpenter:
Interior Remodeling
Countertop Fabrication and Installation
Interior Door Hanging and Trim
Cabinet Door Hanging
Sheetrock
Basic Electrical and Plumbing
Exterior Remodeling
Must have own tools and transportation
Porter:
Grounds maintenance and upkeep (with vendor assistance)
Swimming pool maintenance and upkeep
Apartment maintenance
Apartment turns and upkeep
Additional maintenance tasks
All applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
