Job Purpose or Summary:

Essential Job Duties:

Support all existing BizTalk-based data integration processes.

Provide BizTalk Server Instance Reports as required by the COR. These are automatically generated reports that are designed to alert staff about operational state of particular server(s) in case of its failure. The reports shall contain specific information on the outages, critical performance or infrastructure issues, possible root cause, etc.

Proactively monitor capacity in production and test BizTalk Environments, and take actions as required to avoid degradation or outage.

Actively transfer knowledge and mentor staff members on various aspects of BizTalk administration, configuration, and development.

Maintain and update BizTalk administration documentation as requested by Government Task Manager or the COR.

Provide BizTalk monthly patching support documentation and update SOP for continuous monitoring with agency data integrations used by the job scheduler.

Monitor BizTalk queue in current help-desk management tool (TrackIt) or its future replacement. Distribute helpdesk tickets to appropriate support staff, when necessary.

Timely update all assigned BizTalk-related helpdesk tickets.

Fully ensure adherence to the existing SLAs.

Provide weekly status updates to the COR and Government Task Manager in written format on their progress on projects and other duties assigned.

Applicant selected for this position must be able to obtain and/or maintain a security clearance or access.

U.S. Citizenship required.
