Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been retained to conduct the search for a contract Remote Customer Service Representative for our client, a well-known Technology Corporation in Oklahoma City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Respond to inquiries via SMS Texts, Emails, and calls

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in a database in a comprehensible way

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

6 Months previous experience in a customer service capacity or call center

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Strong written/verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and grammar.

Previous CRM experience

50 WPM typing speed.

Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Team-centric positive attitude.

Tech-savvy - Experience using multiple browsers, searching intranets, and using instant messaging platforms.

COMPENSATION:

This opportunity offers a pay rate of $14+ hourly, depending on experience. There is great potential to grow professionally.
