Expertise and Functions Assist with program management policies and procedures to support the identification, validation, prioritization, coordination, execution and management of Reverse Engineering and Repair Development (RE/RD) projects Assist supply chain groups in identifying parts that are RE/RD candidates or that fall under the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability Competition (RAM-C) category Assist Government Program Managers in developing documentation to present at Industry Days and by entering RAM-C projects into the Maintenance Engineering Project Sustainment Tool (MPST) Assist with assessing the progress of assigned projects and programs to include cost estimates, schedules, and performance supportability baseline requirements Assist Government personnel on any significant program actions or problems and their resolution by analyzing inter-related issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity Prepare and manage program milestones, expenditure rates, management indicators, and management reviews Assist with developing acquisition strategies to include initiating, reviewing, developing, and implementing activities to accomplish modification alternatives, maintenance and supportability concepts, Business Case Analysis (BCA), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Data Items Descriptions (DIDs), test plans, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) and Logistics Health Assessments (LHAs) Assist Government Program Managers in developing contracting strategies, and conducting market research Develop and maintain a list of organic and contract capabilities and establish a repository database for the Air Force (AF) to access this information (i. e. SASPO Network), and by documenting and optimally automating new processes such as Sourcing Network Integration Assist with acquisition reporting, including updating information in the Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR) accessed via the Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) system Assist with logistics processes and procedures by performing technical and logistical analysis and providing recommended solutions to Government personnel in order to mitigate parts impact on systems Assist with engineering practices and OSS&E processes and manufacturing drawings and specifications analysis interpretation related to program management Support Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), and other program and engineering reviews, at Government and weapon system Contractor facilities. The Contractor shall assist with documenting meetings minutes and action items and tracking action item suspense Assist Government employees with training efforts on all facets of Alternate Sourcing Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications Education/Training (both required and desired): High School diploma required Associate's Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline desired Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area required Expertise with program management policies and procedures Experience with Logistics processes and procedures, to include, but not limited to, performing technical and logistical analysis, and assisting with repair concepts Knowledge and experience with RE/RD/AM policies, processes, and procedures Knowledge and experience with the identification, validation, prioritization, coordination, execution, and management of RE/RD projects Experienced in engineering practices and Operational Safety, Suitability, & Effectiveness (OSS&E) processes related to program management Experience with interpreting manufacturing drawings and specifications analysis interpretation related to program management Experience with configuration and logistics management computer systems, including: DO43, DO35, JEDMICS, IHS, ILS, DoD FEDMALL, AVCOM, G005M, DLA 339 & 202 Systems, SCS and SRRB Experience with Data Visualization Techniques for visualization of statistics such as but not limited to Milestones/task status, project disposition statistics, and project realization Proficient in: Data entry functions Report information integration Database management Security: Must be a US citizen Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
