The Associate Implementation Project Coordinator will gather and analyze client data and information in order to timely and accurately set up and maintain accounts. This position provides client support and assistance through phone, email and chat for application, technical, and business inquiries related to Background Checks, while also contributing to enhancement of shared knowledge content and promoting the overall value of Paycom. This position is accountable for working with the Federal Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations to prevent identity theft.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform set up and maintenance of client Background Check accounts.
  • Serve as a resource for other business groups related to background checks.
  • Deliver an extraordinary customer experience that ensures customer satisfaction and exceeds expectations of knowledge, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Analyze client information gathered to determine if all compliance standards are met, documenting details for audit purposes.
  • Research, track, and resolve client Background Check product issues.
  • Meet expected SLAs as determined by management to ensure timely completion of all assigned cases.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with Paycom personnel and management.
  • Recommend improvements to create efficiency in processes within the department.
  • Recommend opportunities for improved efficiency, production and training as it relates to client implementation and client support.
  • Monitor and report progress against program objectives and goals

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Required:
  • 1+ years of customer service, client relations, or similar field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree

Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to restate or rephrase questions to verify consistent comprehension of a problem.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to research and verify information utilizing computer, internet, and telephone
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (excel, word, and outlook).
