Job Description

As a Client Experience Assistant, you will be assessing client expectations throughout the lifecycle of Olsson’s projects by gathering qualitative feedback, analyzing and relaying feedback to teams, all while identifying trends across the firm. In addition to this you will obtain feedback from clients regarding project wins and losses to help strengthen future pursuit strategies. Other responsibilities would include writing and editing reports and analyzing reports to identify important themes.Client visits are done both in person and by phone depending on the client's preference. You may travel to client visits periodically.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Phoenix, Dallas, Oklahoma City, and Denver offices.

Qualifications

YOU ARE INTERESTED IN:

  • Conducting client visits and debriefs
  • Analyzing and reporting on feedback
  • Building relationships

YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Ability to build trust and develop relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
  • Experience in transcription and typing during conversations or interviews is required.
  • 0-2 years’ experiencewith client interaction.
  • Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communication, psychology, or related field is preferred.
