- Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, Laptops.
- Experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge.
- Able to operate with minimal supervision
- Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately
