Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project significantly reducing and or eliminating the demands to travel.Job Description:Timely processing of application requests: New User Access, Existing User Access Changes, Removal of Access

Timely processing of user terminations for all centrally managed systems

Serves as the primary security liaison to groups across the company on gaining access to various systems

Security related requests for systems like Active Directory, Office365, Business Applications, etc.

Okta provisioning for new applications or changes to current applications

Develop and maintain IAM operational documentation, process, and procedures

Working with IT Governance to ensure any Identity and Access risks are mitigated

Ensure IT Security policies and procedures are followed

Using an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow for managing and tracking requests and incidents

Analyze user access needs, develop access roles and add/change/delete user access accordingly, through provisioning tool(s) or directly in system / application.

Assist in special projects, such as application go-lives, upgrades, enhancements, etc.

Basic Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks and applications

Ability to integrate wireless/RF systems, hardware, and firmware

Advanced knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software

Advanced ability to correctly identify problems, analyze information, develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions

Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies

Demonstrated experience leading a team to completion of project deliverables

Advanced understanding of the implications of new information for both current and future problem solving and decision making

Preferred Skills:BeanShell/JAVA
