Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is looking for an Experienced Procurement Agent to support Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEWC) in Oklahoma City, OK , in a virtual capacity.Position Responsibilities:Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.

Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.

Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.

Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.

Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.

Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Oklahoma City, OK.This position is for 1st shift.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):More than 7 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.

More than 5 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance.

More than 7 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.

More than 5 years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):More than 5 years of experience working across multiple programs and locations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

More than 5 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements.

More than 5 years of experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold.

More than 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.

More than 5 years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations with U.S. Government Customers.

Secret Security Clearance or higher is preferred

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 7 or more years' related work or military experience.
