Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Product Support Program Manager to support Boeing Global Services Engineering, Engineering Support and Sustainment E-4B Nightwatch (747-200B) Mission Assurance Team in Oklahoma City, OK. This manager will lead 20 employees to perform in-service engineering, develop service literature and technical documentation and provide on-site field engineering support for E-4B mission and avionics systems.Position Responsibilities:

Leads planning and integration activities for stand-alone support programs.

Applies technical knowledge of product support engineering disciplines, One Boeing Production Systems concepts and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities.

Manages employees performing activities related to In-service Engineering, Technical Documentation, and on-site Field Engineering Support.

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals for Mission and Avionics systems.

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of Service Literature, technical approaches, products and processes.

Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Security Clearance:This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is requiredBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in post-production sustainment support

Experience working with teams across multiple geographic locations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Statistics, or other scientific field of study

3+ years of experience as a lead, a supervisor, or a manager

3+ years of experience in proposal processes management

3+ years of experience working directly with or on cost reduction initiatives

Experience training and/or mentoring in a technical environment

Experience collaborating across Boeing functions (engineering, program management, contracts, finance, supply chain, supplier management, etc.) and business units (BDS, BGS, BAO, etc.)

Experience with U.S. Military or international government aviation and experience partnering with government customers to deliver services and products

Relocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option.
