As Paycom continues to grow in Oklahoma City, Paycom Facilities will be adding a team member. The purpose of this position is to manage employee requests, vendors, and spaces.RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and maintains positive relationships with all vendors
Coordinates, oversees, and manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors, performing building maintenance, and janitorial work within our spaces
Responsible for facilities inspections and reports
Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects
Trains vendors on work order billing and security procedures
Maintains a positive relationship with the landlord and their agents
Proactively address concerns and needs of all Paycom employees
Responsible for inventory restocking within our suites
Perform other duties assigned
QualificationsEducation/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
1+ years of experience with property management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience:
3+ years of experience with property management
Understanding of service level agreements
Skills/Abilities:
Strong ability to manage multiple projects
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
