Description We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Zoning Analyst to join our team in the Environmental sector, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will allow you to play a pivotal role in our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed zoning reports, managing customer communications, and ensuring the accuracy of data records. This role is critical in maintaining the efficiency of our processes and delivering timely services to our clients.This position is 100% ON-SITE.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate zoning reports

Professionally handle customer communications to ensure timely and effective responses

Efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data management and organization

Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document management and related tasks

Employ Google Earth and GIS mapping tools for zoning and planning activities

Maintain strong proficiency in 10-key typing, data entry, and scanning

Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly

Perform calculations and data entry with precision

Organize files and manage accurate customer credit records

Effectively manage your workload to meet deadlines

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or related role

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong data entry skills, including 10-key proficiency

Proven ability to manage customer service and email communications

Experience with file organization, scanning, and typing

Accurate calculation skills

Familiarity with zoning, planning, and land use within the environmental industry

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

Effective verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Basic understanding of environmental regulations and policies is preferred
