Job description
Title: Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN
Department: Back Office
A Medical Assistant/Technician is responsible to carry out several clinical administrative tasks.You will help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently for the doctor. We are to ensure that our patient have the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities/Duties
X-Rays
Laser
Vascular
Grafting
Scan
Scan for orthotics
Dispense DME
Cast for diabetic shoes
USGI (Ultrasound Guidance Injection)
Assist Dr. Plants or Dr. Straehla with procedures
Prep room for procedures
Administers and inputs all patient info and vitals into EMR
Answering phone calls
Referrals
Autoclave
Stocking rooms
Cleaning rooms
Rooming patients
Sanitizing instruments
Scheduling appointments
Traveling is a must, marketing as needed.(South: Mon, Tues, Thurs. North: Wed. Nursing home: Tues, Wed,Thur, and Fridays).
Mailing out shoes and orthotics
