We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Tech who is looking for long term stable employment.
There are 4 areas that break down this position: finish work, working in occupied apartments for resident requests, plumbing repairs and plumbing emergencies.
Job Duties are but not limited to the following:
Performance of all maintenance and repairs at each property.
Work orders must be completed promptly and efficiently
Routinely inspect buildings, roofs and common areas
Maintain each storeroom in an orderly and clean manner
Appliance repair
Unclogging drains, clearing disposals
Replacing lights and fixtures
Patching and painting repairs, carpentry
Replace electrical outlets
Caulking
Flooring repairs, etc
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
You must own your own hand tools, have a reliable truck, must have a good history of dependability and job performance
A minimum of 2 year + experience required in apartment complex
Strong knowledge in electrical and an HVAC certification would be awesome
Able to multi-task, be organized and meet deadlines
Available for on-call for responding to after hour emergencies
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
