We are a small property management company looking for independent contractors to complete make-ready and work orders for our tenants. Our properties are located across the OKC and Metro Areas.
Requirements are as follows:
Reliable transportation to haul trash and materials.
Tools to complete assigned job.
Good communication.
Reliable and efficient with their time.
Knowledge in HVAC and Electrical are a plus.
Most of our jobs require knowledge in sheetrock repairs, painting, and most importantly attention to detail.
Our make ready jobs are paid on a "bid" status.
Our workorders pay $20.00 per hour up to 5 hours.

We do not pay "teams". We price our make-readies as a one-person job. You will be responsible to pay any helpers that you choose to bring on out of the bid agreed on.
